We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this period:

- You have full access to explore our platform and features
- You can cancel at any time without any charges
- No commitment or obligation to subscribe
We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial period to ensure Daresney is the right fit for your test preparation needs.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of your first paid subscription
- This applies to first-time subscribers only
- Submit your request via email to support@daresney.com
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- No refunds for renewals after the initial 14-day guarantee period
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscribers
- After 14 days, you may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans
- You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal at any time
Live Tutoring Sessions
For live tutoring session packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Completed sessions are non-refundable
- Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being marked as used
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as completed sessions
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We may consider refund requests outside our standard policy in cases such as:
- Extended illness or medical emergency (with documentation)
- Technical issues that prevented access to the platform
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and the reason for your request
- Include any relevant documentation if applicable
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee period (monthly plans)
- Annual subscriptions after 30 days
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
